Q. Who do you sell to?

A. Merchants, Retailers & Trade customers. We are also available for  one off projects and work with architects and designers, we also welcome enquiries from private individuals both in the UK and overseas.


Q. Where, and what days of the week do you deliver?

A. We deliver Monday to Friday nationwide across the UK as well as the Channel Isles & Ireland. Saturday deliveries can be arranged for a surcharge. We export our goods across Europe and Scandinavia and have exported goods into Africa, the Far East and America.


Q. If I'm based in the Midlands, and I win a contract in Scotland, will you deliver direct to site?

A. Timed and site deliveries can be arranged, our premium next day delivery service is available for deliveries on the UK Mainland.  For the Channel Isles & Ireland deliveries take 3 to 4 days from placement of order. Overseas dispatches vary depending on location and shipping method however we can usually reach the destination within 10 working days.


Q. Do you provide product literature for showrooms, trade counters and illustrative purposes?

A. We have high quality catalogues for both our Contract Sanitary Ware and Haute Couture ranges. Much of the photography and feature sets are done in-house and we have worked with many great designers and photographers to ensure the literature reflects our quality products.


Q. Can you provide showroom displays and are there discounts available for contracts or bulk purchases?

A.  We can offer showroom displays and we welcome the opportunity to provide quotations for contracts and bulk purchases on reciept of a specification.
