Delivery and return information for Healey & Lord products
Delivery Costs
UK Mainland
Standard Next Working Day Delivery is FREE on all orders shipping to a UK Mainland address. Orders must be placed by 12pm to qualify for Next Working Day delivery, and will be delivered between 8am and 6pm on the following working day - we cannot guarantee that this service will be available at all times. Our standard delivery service is for kerbside delivery only and must be signed for on receipt - we can also offer a special delivery service, see below for more information.
Click & Collect
We offer a FREE Click & Collect service from our Norwich warehouse across the entire Healey & Lord range. Click & Collect orders can be collected from our warehouse, located within the MAG Group Building, Vulcan Road South, Norwich, Norfolk, NR6 6AF. Please contact us when purchasing your products if you would prefer to collect your order.
Non-Mainland UK
For non-mainland UK locations, including Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands, please complete the request form on the International Orders page, from which we can generate you a delivery quote. Alternatively, you can contact us for a quote on 01603 488709 or sales@healeyandlord.co.uk.
International Orders

How quickly will my order arrive?
All Healey & Lord products are kept in stock in our Norwich warehouse, and are dispatched for next working day delivery if ordered before 12pm. Next working day deliveries will be delivered between 8am and 6pm, and must be signed for on receipt.
If a product is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with an estimated lead time as soon as possible.
Is Saturday delivery possible?
Deliveries are normally made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Deliveries on a Saturday are possible by special arrangement, please contact us when placing your order. Not all areas of the UK are covered by a Saturday delivery service, please check with us in advance.
Emergency Delivery Service
If you require your goods more urgently please contact us in the UK on 01603 488709 (Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm).
We will respond within 1 hour with the options (and costs) to deliver your order more quickly. In some cases this can be same day or next day and include a weekend delivery.
Special Delivery Arrangements
(e.g. Restricted Access)
Larger items including sanitaryware will be delivered using our pallet network partner. This delivery will take place on a lorry with a tail lift. If you live in an area where delivery by lorry is not possible due to access restrictions please can you advise us of this at the time of ordering by e-mail. We will try to accommodate access restrictions using our delivery network, but it may be necessary to make additional charges for delivery if we have to cross ship items to smaller vehicles locally to access your property.
Our standard delivery service is for kerbside delivery only. If you live in a block of flats, or have specific delivery requirements beyond the standard service, please contact us on 01603 488709 or sales@healeyandlord.co.uk. We will be pleased to discuss how we may be able to assist with your specific delivery requirements.
Receiving your Product(s)
All goods will be delivered at ground floor level only and will require level access. Please open your goods carefully as the packaging will need to be in good order should you wish to return them.
