All products sold by Healey & Lord are provided with a full manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects - the warranty period for each product can be found on the specific product page, a summary of which can be found below.

20 Year Warranty on Ceramics
All of our ceramic sanitaryware is covered by a 20 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please be aware that standard ceramic tolerances apply to all dimensions given on ceramic products.
This includes;
- Toilet Pans
- Close Coupled Cisterns
- Bidets
- Basins
- Basin Pedestals
25 Year Warranty on Metal Wash Stands
Both our Classic and Modern range of metal wash stands are provided with a 25 year warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers all finishes and styles of wash stand provided by Healey & Lord.
10 Year Warranty on Brassware
Brassware products are provided with a 10 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note, this does not cover consumables such as cartridges and valves.
This includes;
- Basin Taps
- Bath Taps
- Kitchen Taps
- Showers
- Shower Enclosures/Trays
- Electric Heated Towel Warmers
- Bathroom Accessories
12 Month Warranty on Components
Components not covered by our ceramics, wash stands or brassware warranties are provided with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This includes;
- Toilet Seats
- Cistern Levers & Fittings
- In-Wall Cisterns
- In-Wall Support Brackets/Frames
- Basin Towel Rails
