25 Year Warranty on Ceramics

All of our ceramic sanitaryware is covered by a 25 year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please be aware that standard ceramic tolerances apply to all dimensions given on ceramic products.

This includes;

  • Toilet Pans
  • Close Coupled Cisterns
  • Bidets
  • Basins
  • Basin Pedestals

25 Year Warranty on Metal Wash Stands

Both our Classic and Modern range of metal wash stands are provided with a 25 year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers all finishes and styles of wash stand provided by Healey & Lord.

Caring for Metal Wash Stands

To maintain the basin stand’s finish, we recommend cleaning using a neutral liquid soap with warm water. Abrasive materials such as scouring pads should not be used.

  • Chrome - Decorative chrome cleaners are used at your own risk – any damage caused by propriety cleaning materials is not covered by the warranty.
  • Nickel/Brass - Nickel and Brass finishes are classed as “living finishes”, and will develop a natural patina over time – through careful buffing with a soft cloth, Nickel finishes can be kept bright with a gentle application of silver polish, and brass can be kept bright using a brass metal polish.

12 Month Warranty on Components

Components not covered by our ceramics or wash stands warranties are provided with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This includes;

  • Toilet Seats
  • Cistern Levers
  • Cistern Fittings
  • In-Wall Cisterns
  • In-Wall Support Brackets/Frames
  • Basin Towel Rails

Caring for Luxury Toilet Seats

Healey & Lord Classic Collection toilets are supplied with luxury wooden toilet seats. To preserve the condition and warranty of your product, we recommend that you inspect your seat regularly and keep the surface clean, as prolonged exposure to water will cause the finish to deteriorate. Metal fittings should be cleaned in the same way as the seat.

  • Clean using a damp cloth, and if needed, a mild disinfectant
  • To polish, use furniture polish, and from time to time, use a good quality wax polish on the seat surface
  • Do not use any neat chemicals or limescale removers on the surface
  • Do not use scouring or abrasive cleaners
